Gary is a world-renown holistic wellness expert with greater than 25 years of intense focus on how the human mind represents the most underutilized and over-abused tool in the quest for complete health. Gary’s holistic approach revolves around the science and philosophy that truly strong and healthy bodies cannot happen without us first realizing our beauty and worth in our minds. We also cannot expect quick fixes, dictated by others – we are on a life-long personal journey – and we must address all areas of our lives. Simply ‘working out’ or ‘working harder’ will not help us evolve from where we are to our happier and healthier selves.

I’ve been fortunate to attend a workshop where Dr. Gary Keil was speaking. He is a dynamic speaker who was both informative and entertaining. I was so impressed as soon as he came off the platform I asked him to speak at my next transformational event. He has a wide range of topics he can share with your audience regarding mental strength and clarity. He’s been a pleasure to work with.
