Why do most weight loss efforts fail? New versions of diets are published almost daily and they are based off the experience of that person who designed the diet. What’s missing is how we are all biochemically unique, therefore, foods that are healing for one person may be another person’s poison.

The next time you have a negative thought about your body, reframe and ask yourself, “What is the message here, how does this thought relate to other aspects of my life and is there a deeper meaning I need to understand and listen too?”
